I am a German National living in Tokyo for over 15 years. Professionally I have cross-cultural working experiences in different roles and industries working for multi-national and Japanese companies. I can speak German, English and Japanese fluently.

My Coaching Services
My services include empowered Life & Career Mentoring Coaching. I see the person holistically in their private and professional life. All my coaching services are tailor-made focusing on your topics you decide to be coached on. The sessions are scheduled for 1 hour and take place either online (via ZOOM) or Face-to-Face if you are located in Tokyo. For online coaching we have the advantage to talk anytime and from anywhere in the world, as long as our time zones are matching. The duration and frequency of our sessions will be discussed in our initial 30 minutes discovery call. I provide my services in English, German and Japanese. With my coaching you will acquire unique insights and increased awareness about yourself. You will be equipped with tools on how to consciously create and design your personal and professional life in a more empowered and energetic way.
Life Coaching
For life coaching, I assist you to explore deeper about your personality, your values, beliefs and emotions. You will understand what your true authentic self is. With this gained knowledge you design, follow and achieve your set goals and dreams. I will equip you with easy-to integrate life practices that support you in this process of being your authentic self.
Career Coaching/Mentoring
In career coaching, I assist you in knowing what you truly love to do in your professional life. Your career might just have started, or you would like to transition into a new role or industry that is more suitable for you. With my rich experiences working in Japan for over 15 years, I support and mentor you in building resilience, adapting and thriving, as you experience your success in the workplace.
