Beauty of Life
Have you ever took a moment and asked yourself this question below:
"What makes my heart sing"?
I would like to invite you to take a moment after you have read my blog for more exploration.
But firstly let me elaborate more about it.
I believe that life is a journey and it's not about the destination. Every day we are making choices that supports to live the life we are aspire to. We are creating our experiences with those choices. So when we are in a state of being in which our heart is singing it automatically leads to a higher vibration and energy to invite more life in.
When you ask yourself this question, it isn't only about the things that we do but it's rather a conscious way of paying attention, what I mean is a state of being. There is no mind chatter, but pure silence. It invites to explore and see our surroundings, it can be as simple to enjoy the beauty of a flower blooming along the way we walk and totally feeling bliss. It makes you appreciate the beauty existing in the world. You can shift your focus by being focused in the here and now. It's that simple.
But sometimes our lives might feel busy or we feel pressure to take the next steps. In those moments I think it is most important to remember what our heart sings and follow those inspirations on a daily basis. It helps to feel more aligned and we can do what works for us, rather than thinking of what is going wrong or feeling pressure. When you are in the state of being, your energy will be lifted and you can approach difficult tasks much better.
I would recommend to tune into the day and ask yourself in the morning or periodically throughout the day when you feel your energy is more depleting and you need a change of focus. It is nothing difficult to do. Be curious what comes up for you when you ask yourself and act upon it. It might be as simple as listen to that song, take a short walk, make yourself a healthy meal, take a deep breathe, close your eyes and imagine something beautiful. Really just listen within yourself what is emerging and allow yourself to take that time to make your heart sing.
Why not give it a try?
You can take it even further to make it a routine to do the things you love every day on a more regular basis. Lately I am very much enjoying a walk after dinner, it really helps me unwind the day and while I am walking I focus on my posture, I look at my surroundings and it really empties my mind. Also it gives me space to come up with new inspirations too. My heart is singing along the way, I am in adventure mood.
Now I would like to invite you to take a moment to really feel "What makes my heart sing" than rather taking any time to think about it. Give it some time, no need to rush for the answer, but really listen within and feel into it. The answers might be very subtle and simple, trust your inner guidance about it.
