What's your word for 2023?
I got inspiration for my word during my surf session today, it's "moving forward" creating a life that I want. During my first surf session I used to keep on looking down instead of what's ahead of me, enjoying the view and the ride to the shore.
I noticed the importance to embrace the moment, no wave will ever be the same again. Being present, focused and being in creating mode helps us to move forward to a life that we we want to life.
Moving forward also means letting go and focus on what really works for oneself, being honest in that I observation phase before making decisions in which direction to move.
Life is a journey, not a destination. What you focus on becomes your reality. So I think it's time to reflect on what's the best you can imagine for yourself in this new year.
For me it's moving forward not only for surfing but for my coaching as well. I am excited to further grow myself into more. I will keep you posted about the development in the blog.
