When you are in doubt, need to resolve or want clarity about something, what I can advise you to do is to write. Sometimes it’ easier to see your thoughts and ideas written on a piece of paper. Your mind will try to make sense but with an information overload it will be hard to think through.If you see it written down it’s much easier to grasp your situation. Writing can be done in different ways, let me share.
Depending on the situation, writing down everything in an automatic way without overthinking or having a structure it helps you to vent and see your situation from a different view later when things are calm again.
If you like to make a decision, you can write down a PRO/CON List and then come up with a conclusion later.When you need clarity, think of a structure to write down your thoughts, this supports your way of thinking to guide your clarity.
If you like to consider your next moves or goals create a mindmap. When you create a mindmap it is best not to put any restrain on your thoughts and write down as everything that is possible. Don’t even think about what is not. You are the creator of your life, anything can be possible.
Recently I have re-discovered my love for writing. I was amazed when I thought about writing this blog for how many different aspects you can use writing as a tool to get clarity, clear your mind, make decisions and future plans.
Once all is written in paper, your mind becomes empty and you can see the situation from a different perspective.Sometimes we are just too wind up in the thoughts without seeing a different view of the same situation.
Everything in life will works itself out I believe. Sometimes you may not expect the outcome but later you know it was for the right reason to happen that way.If you feel no regrets about what happens and move forward in your life you have nothing to fear and nothing to lose.
I lately read a book about fear and love, if there is no fear in life then there is only and always love. Love is all around us in different shapes and forms. For me, even maybe I feel times are tough sometimes, I try to remember that there is love.All happens for a reason and love is behind it. For me in those moments I see beauty in nature and I can feel love and peace in my heart. It will help me to shift my feelings of fear into love. You may have different ways to feel love.
I wish you find your way to feel love and not fear. All will work itself out, believe in it.I really wish writing will help you as much as it helps me!
